I went to the dentist on Tuesday. He told me I've been grinding my teeth at night while I sleep, probably due to stress. He prescribed meditation and said if it persists I may have to get a mouth guard and/or sleeping pills.
Funny, this happened to my mother, too.
Time to leave the city. Off to Gravenhurst for a few days. Taking my sketchbook with me. Also taking Ed, to try to shake his video game addiction.
